Suffering from Insomnia? Having Trouble Sleeping?

Sleep disorders affect millions of people. According to a national survey, 54% of adults said they have experienced at least one symptom of insomnia1. Good sleep is as important to good health as diet and exercise. Poor sleep can lead to depression, health problems - even accidents.

Basic sleep problems people experience can include

  • Difficulty falling asleep
  • Difficulty staying asleep

These can be caused by a number of circumstances, such as:

  • Stress at work
  • Traveling to another time zone
  • Worry over a major financial decision

When people experience trouble sleeping, it is often referred to as insomnia, which may vary in severity. The three types of insomnia are: transient insomnia, intermittent insomnia, and chronic insomnia.

If you think you are experiencing insomnia, be sure to talk to your doctor and find out if AMBIEN CR is the right treatment for you.
